Counselling is a gentle, safe and supportive environment where you can be heard, witnessed, and supported in your current moment of need, no matter what you’re going through.
As a therapist trained in many different modalities including Transpersonal counselling, Psychological Science, and Relational Life Therapy, my approach is client centred, trauma informed, strengths based, and solution focused. I can wear many hats in my work; the compassionate counsellor, the kick-arse coach, the supportive educator, and the mentor. My skill is in being sensitive to the needs of my clients in the moment being able to seamlessly weave the different approaches into the journey we take together.
I see my clients as an entire ecosystem, encompassing the mind, the emotions, the body and the Soul. As in any area of nature, if one aspect of the system is out of balance the entire ecosystem becomes negatively impacted. I work with you to bring the ecosystem of you back into balance.
I partner with you in our session to meet you where you’re at, to help you find meaning in your current lived experience, gain insight into any unconscious patterns that may be at play, and to then resource yourself to better navigate life’s ups and downs and proactively create the life you desire.
I work with people from all walks of life and at any stage of life. People of all gender, sexual identity and preference are very welcome. I work with both individuals and couples.
